Barre classes are designed with your body in mind, our Instructors will lead you through a workout that combines the best elements of ballet, barre, Pilates, functional training and stretching. 



Designed for seniors to increase muscular strength, core strength, range of motion and balance while using hand weights, stability balls and various other types of resistance equipment. This class incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and stretching exercises that support activity for daily living.


Silver Sneakers is a perfect class for the older adult, designed to increase your muscle strength, and range of motion. We use light weights, resistant tubes and a chair for support.
