This class incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and stretching exercises that support activity for daily living.
Silver Sneakers is a perfect class for the older adult, designed to increase your muscle strength, and range of motion. We use light weights, resistant tubes and a chair for support.
BOOM MOVE by Silver Sneakers
A higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout.
